Since we are asked what percent? we will find a percent. We are given the values a= 400 and b= 30, and we will solve for the percent p.
a/b=p/100
400/30=p/100
40/3=p/100
40/3*100=p
4000/3=p
p=4000/3
p=1333.333333...
p≈1333
The percent is approximately 1333 %.
