Practice makes perfect

First, we draw a segment between any of the vertices of quadrilateral DEFG and point P. We will start with E. Also, remember that the rotation should be counterclockwise.

Using a protractor, we draw a ray that makes an angle of 80^(∘) with PE.

Next, using a ruler or compass, we place a point along the ray so that PE=PE'.

Repeating this procedure for the rest of the vertices, we can draw D'E'F'G'.

Finally, we will remove all unnecessary lines.
