To rotate △ A'B'C' by 180^(∘) counterclockwise about the origin, we should draw a segment between each point and the origin and continue that segment in a straight line until we reach the same distance as between the original point and the origin.
Comparing the vertices of △ ABC and △ A''B''C'', we see that they have the same coordinates. If you rotate something by 180^(∘) twice, it's the same thing as a 360^(∘) rotation which means your back to where you started,
