Examining the diagram, we cannot see any information telling us if any of three lines are parallel. This means C and D are not viable options as they refer to lines being parallel. This must also mean that A is not viable. However, B includes a pair of of vertical angles. These are congruent according to the Vertical Angles Theorem.


Therefore, B must be true.
