Consider the given histogram. We will describe how the graph is misleading and how someone might misinterpret it.

A histogram titled Bicycle. The horizontal axis represents minutes, divided into three intervals: 0-29, 30-59, and 60-119. The vertical axis represents frequencies, starting from 10 and increasing by 2. The frequencies for the intervals are 12, 15, and 19, respectively.

Note that the third interval is not of the same size as the others, and the scale on the vertical axis starts at and does not have a break. Therefore, someone might believe that the frequency for each minute interval is increasing. Here, we are only showing one of the many possible interpretations.
