We are asked to write a paragraph proof to show that if a parallelogram has a right angle, then it is a rectangle.


Proof:

According to Theorem 6.6, if a parallelogram has a right angle, then all angles are right angles. If all angles of a parallelogram are right angles, then by definition it is a rectangle.
