Before we evaluate the expression, let's first rewrite it so that all of the numbers are fractions.

2 * 2+1/2 ÷ 4 * 10+1/10

Multiply

4+1/2 ÷ 40+1/10

Add terms

5/2 ÷ 41/10

Now, dividing fractions is the same as multiplying the first fraction by the reciprocal of the second fraction. 5/2 ÷ 41/10 = 5/2 * 10/41 When multiplying fractions, remember that the product of two fractions is equal to the product of the numerators over the product of the denominators.
