Remember to distribute to every term inside the parentheses.

Distributive Property.

To identify the Property of Real Numbers illustrated by the given equation, we should first identify the operation being performed. π(a+b)=π a+π b In this case, the product of a number and a parenthetical factor is equal to the sum of the products of the number and each term inside the parentheses. This is the Distributive Property.
Ď€(a+b)=Ď€ a+Ď€ b
Ď€ a+Ď€ b=Ď€ a+Ď€ b
