Using the function g(w), we want to evaluate for the given value, g(-2). To do this, we need to substitute -2 for w in each instance of the w-variable.
g(w)=45*3^w
g( -2)=45 * 3^(-2)
g(-2) = 45 * 1/9
g(-2) = 45/9
g(-2) = 5
