To calculate the volume, we will divide the figure in two rectangular prisms.

The volume of a rectangular prism is the product of the width, height, and length. From the diagram, we can identify all of these dimensions in both prisms. By adding the prism's volumes, we get the total volume. V=(6)(6)(5)+(4)(5)(3)= 240 cm^3
