We can calculate the slope by substituting the given points into the Slope Formula. m = y_2-y_1/x_2-x_1 In the above equation, (x_1,y_1) and (x_2,y_2) represent two points on the line. Note that it does not matter which point we use as (x_1,y_1), and which point we use as (x_2,y_2). The result of using the Slope Formula will be the same.
m=y_2-y_1/x_2-x_1
m=- 3- 2/2-( -1)
