Examining the diagram in the exercise, we see that the two triangles have two congruent corresponding sides. We can also see that the third side is shared by the two triangles. By the Reflexive Property of Congruence, we can claim that this side is congruent to itself.

We now have enough information to claim congruence by the SSS Congruence Theorem.
