Transitive Property of Segment Congruence

Practice makes perfect
From the first part of the statement, we know that PQ and ST are congruent and we know that ST and UV are also congruent. Since both PQ and UV are congruent with ST, we can say that PQ and UV are congruent.

If PQ≅ STand ST ≅ UV, then PQ ≅ UV Since we are working with segments, this is known as the Transitive Property of Segment Congruence.
