Let's begin by creating the straight angle ∠ CDE by drawing a straight line. We then mark three points on the line and call them C, D, and E such that D is in the middle of C and E.

Now we add point K somewhere not on the line and form line DK. Now all we need to do is mark the two halves of CE as congruent.
