Note that there will be several answers to this question depending on the type of washer that is used. In our case, we have the following data.

In order to draw a scatter plot on the calculator, we need to first enter the values. We can do this by pressing the STAT button.

Then we choose the first option in the menu, Edit, and fill in the values in the lists L1 and L2.

When that is done we access STAT PLOT by pressing 2nd followed by Y=.

If the scatter plot is (Off) use ENTER to change that and any other settings.

To activate the scatter plot, we place the cursor on the option On and press ENTER. We need to select the first symbol from Type to get a scatter plot. Before we can draw the scatter plot we need to adjust the window settings to fit our data set. To do that we press WINDOW on the calculator.

We can now draw the scatter plot by pressing GRAPH.
