Opposite rays are two rays that share the same endpoint, but point in opposite directions forming a line. To name opposite rays we can use the shared endpoint and another point on each ray.

We can see that only YX and YZ form a line. They share the endpoint Y and point in opposite directions. Therefore, this is a pair of opposite rays.
