To write a fraction as a percent, we first find an equivalent fraction with a denominator of 100. 16/25=x/100 We multiply 25 by 4 to get 100, so we will also multiply 16 by 4 to get an equivalent fraction.

We found that 1625 and 64100 are equivalent fractions. Now we can write the new fraction as a percent by looking at the numerator and adding a percent symbol. 16/25=64/100= 64 % Since 65 is greater than 64, 65 % is greater than 64 %. This means that 65 % is greater than 1625.
