y = 2/7x-4

LHS * 7=RHS* 7

7y = 7(2/7x-4)

Distribute 7

7y = 2x - 28

LHS+28=RHS+28

7y + 28 = 2x

LHS-7y=RHS-7y

28 = 2x - 7y

Rearrange equation

2x - 7y = 28
