Point of Concurrency

A point of concurrency is any point where three or more lines or curves meet. An example of this is the circumcenter of a triangle, which is the point of concurrency of the triangle's perpendicular bisectors.
Circumcenter

The notion of a point of concurrency can be used to solve a system of equations. For example, a system of three linear equations can be represented by three lines; any point that is on all three lines satisfies all three linear equations, so a point of concurrency represents a solution to the system.
