All absolute value expressions are always greater than or equal to zero. It follows then that no absolute value expression can be less than or equal to a negative number.

|3x+4|≥ 0 ⇒ |3x+4| ≠ - 3 This means there is no value of x that will satisfy the inequality. Therefore, there is no solution.
