Usually, geometry questions are more manageable with a picture. Let's draw a picture so we can see what happens with the sides.


Recall that to find the perimeter, we need to add the sides together. Since the four sides are all the same length due to it being a square, however, we can multiply the length by four. P&=4(2x+3) &=8x+12
