We want to classify the given polynomial by degree and by number of terms. Let's use the Commutative Property of Addition to rewrite the polynomial in standard form.
10t-4t^2+6t^3
6t^3-4t^2+10t
We now have the standard form of the polynomial. 6t^3-4t^2+10t We can see above that the highest exponent of the polynomial is 3 and it has three terms. Therefore, it is a cubic trinomial.
