Can the line be parallel to the plane, or does it have to be in the plane?

We need to draw a line and a plane, keeping in mind the following.

  • The line and the plane have a common point, so the line is not parallel to the plane.
  • Since there is only one common point of the line and the plane, the line is not completely in the plane.
