What are the properties of lines and planes?

Two planes intersecting in a line

Practice makes perfect

Let's recall what a line is and what a plane is.

  • A plane is a flat surface made up of points. Both swinging doors are part of planes.
  • A line is a collection of points. The bar around which the doors swing is the intersection line of the two planes.
