Converting cm to mm

We know that 1 m equals 100 cm, so we can write the following conversion factor. 100cm/1 m If we multiply 0.8 m by this ratio, we can get the same measurement in cm.

Since 0.8 m equals 80 cm, 0.8 m is greater than 8 cm. 0.8m > 8 cm
