Before we attempt to compare the given numbers, notice that two of them are decimal numbers and two of them are fractions. It will be easier to make the comparison if these are all the same type of number. Let's start by converting the fraction parts of both $\text{-}4\frac{3}{5}$ and $\text{-}3\frac{2}{5}$ to decimals. Having all of the numbers in the same format, we can compare them. Therefore, the values in order from least to greatest are $\text{-}4.65,$ $\text{-}4\frac{3}{5},$ $\text{-}4.09,$ and $\text{-}3\frac{2}{5}.$
