AB/A'B' = BC/B'C'
4/20 = 3/B'C'
4/20* B'C' = 3
1/5* B'C' = 3
B'C' = 15

We know that two sides of the garden are 15 feet long and two sides are 20 feet long. Let's find the perimeter of the garden. 20 + 20 + 15 + 15 = 70 The perimeter of a garden equals 70 feet. This means that mrs. Henderson will need 70 feet of fencing.
