We are given the coordinates of a point and its image after a reflection. Let's plot them on a coordinate plane!

We can see that the point A(- 3,5) and its image A'(3,5) are located on opposite sides of the y-axis. Also, their y-coordinates are the same, and their x-coordinates are opposite numbers. With this information we can conclude that the reflection is done over the y-axis.
