We are given a triangle and asked to perform a translation.

Translations are done by adding or subtracting values from the x-coordinate if the figure is being moved left or right, and from the y-coordinate if the figure is being moved up or down. We want to draw the image of our figure after a translation of 4 units to the left and 1 unit down. So, we will subtract 4 from the x-coordinate and subtract 1 from the y-coordinate of each vertex.
