We want to find a formula for the given sequence. 0.04, 0.02 0.01, 0.005, ...

Notice that each term in the sequence is the previous term divided by 2.

a_1 a_2 a_3 a_4 ... a_n
0.04 0.02 0.01 0.005 ... —
— 0.04÷ 2 0.02÷ 2 0.01÷ 2 ... a_(n-1) ÷ 2

We can use the fourth term a_4= 0.005 to find the next three terms. Let's do it!

a_n=a_(n-1)* 0.6
a_5= 0.005Ă· 2 a_6= 0.0025Ă· 2 a_7= 0.00125Ă· 2
a_5= 0.0025 a_6= 0.00125 a_7=0.000625
