The first step is to order the data from least to greatest.

4,4,5,6,7,8,9,11,12,12,15,20 Remember that on a stem-and-leaf plot, each data value is broken into a stem and a leaf, where the digit on the left is the stem and the digit on the right is the leaf. Because our data values range from 4 to 20, we will use tens digits for the stems and the ones digits for the leaves. For numbers with one digit, the stem will be 0. 0 4, 0 4, 0 5, 0 6, 0 7, 0 8, 0 9, 1 1, 1 2, 1 2, 1 5, 2 0 We will write the stems to the left of the vertical line and the leaves for each stem to the right of the vertical line. Remember that if there is a repeated number, it will appear on the plot the number of times it is repeated. r|cccc 0 & 4 & 4 & 5 & 6 & 7 & 8 & 9 1 & 1 & 2 & 2 & 5 2 & 0 Key: 1| 1 means 11 This is the stem-leaf plot of the blog posts.
