Our conclusion from Exploration 1(e) tells us that when corresponding sides of two triangles are congruent, they are congruent triangles. To prove this, you can use a ruler to construct two or several triangles where two sides and the included angle are congruent on a sheet of paper.
After that, you should cut them out and place them on top of each other. If they completely cover each other, they are congruent triangles.
You can do this as many times as you want until you have removed all doubt that triangles with three corresponding congruent sides are congruent.
