A way to think about lines of symmetry is that, if you are able to fold a figure along some line so that the two parts line up, then we have found a line of symmetry. At first sight, one might think that there is a vertical and horizontal line of symmetry. However, the part

is missing in a couple of places for the cards to have a horizontal and vertical line of symmetry. Below we have outlined these missing parts. Note that the horizontal line of symmetry also requires these missing symbols to be mirrored.

Therefore, we can conclude that the playing card has no line of symmetry. Regarding rotational symmetry, we can rotate the playing card 180^(∘) for it map onto itself.
