Let's take a look at an example survey question that has a bias.

How much are you satisfied with our new amazing product? |
To rewrite the question so that it is unbiased, let's take a closer look at some parts. Let's start with the beginning.
how much
we assume that the respondent is satisfied and that could be incorrect. It would be better to use words that do not suggest a feeling towards the topic because it can encourage a particular response. To avoid that, we could rewrite this part as follows.
Are you satisfied [...]
Let's move to the second part of the question.
[...] with our new amazing product ?
First, this part suggests to a respondent that the product is amazing even if a respondent would not say that. Additionally, we do not inform specifically which product we have in mind. Therefore, we should provide more information about the product to let respondents give more accurate opinions. Let's replace amazing with some specific information.
[...] with our new amazing product ? ⇕ [...] with our new product called Mathleaks?
Finally, we can rewrite the whole question so that it is now unbiased.
